Bleu Asphalte by Bourjois + Amethyst Glitter by Barry M

Today I finally used my new nail polish I have found online last week - a Bleu Asphalte by Bourjois. I was looking for a navy-ish, grey-ish stormy colour for quite a while now, but all the colours available now were either proper navy, too blue or to grey, generally nowhere close to the colour I wanted. And then I've found it... was waiting alone on the ebay auction sadly looking at me from the photo silently screaming at me to adopt him... and so I did :) Anyway, I fall in love with it straight away, I think it will be great for this autumn and winter... great consistency, nice rich opaque colour (almost one coater), dries super quickly and has an amazing shine by itself, not even mentioning how nice and shiny (almost gel-like) it looks with the Revlon Top Coat layer on... It is so smooth I just can't stop touching it... I got slightly crazy about shellac lately (I'm planning to get a kit sometime in the future) but now I may need to reconsider it as it seems like you can get a nice shiny nail lasting a while without involving UV light... I have also put one layer of Amethyst Glitter Nail Pain by Barry M on my index and ring fingers, just for fun... it is super glittery rich and dries in seconds... I got it last month with another two Barry M glitters, but I think I will do a separate post about it soon...

Layers:
- 1 x So Smooth Base Coat from No7
- 2 x Bleu Asphalte by Bourjois
- 1 x Amethyst Glitter Nail Pain by Barry M (index and ring fingers)
- 1 x Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat

First 3 photos were taken with flash, the last 3 were taken in natural light. In reality the colour of the
Bleu Asphalte is closer to that on photos taken in a natural light.
